Chet, passed on Sun, 27 Dec, from a dirt bike accident. He was at the Norman MX track and took a spill. He was taken to OU medical center where the doctors did surgery for internal injuries. Chet did not survive and passed later in the day.

Chet will be laid to rest at Moore Cemetery (800 SW 4th St., Moore OK) after the 1100 service on Mon, 4 Jan.
There will be time during the wake service for speeches from family and friends who want to say a few words. It would mean a great deal to the family to hear some stories or even just an acknowledgment of your friendship. Lette Schaefer told John Campe that “gift cards to fast food would help them out a lot, as she will not be cooking and the boys are ‘picky’”. The boys like places such as Chick-fil-a, Cains, Whataburger and Chipolte. You can arrange to get them to the Schaefer family through John, or you can mail them directly to the family.
